Refund/Exchange Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind on all orders unless it is proved faulty.
Faulty items are at the discretion of Amour By Fleur. The buyer must lodge all faulty claims with Amour by Fleur via email immediately within 5 calendar days of item(s) delivery or pickup. Please email amourbyfleur@gmail.com with proof of purchase, fault description AND photos indicating damages. Once the 5 calendar days since delivery/pickup has lapsed, we cannot offer a refund/exchange of faulty goods. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (non-refundable) associated with the return of the suspected faulty item(s). The buyer must consider using a trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance as Amour by Fleur cannot guarantee goods receipt. Upon inspection by Amour by Fleur, the buyer will be notified of the faulty claim outcome. The outcome of the claim will either be “Approved” or “Rejected”.

Approved faulty claims will have a refund processed through the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe of up to 14 days once goods have been returned.
Rejected faulty claims will be shipped to the original buyer, at the expense of the buyer.
Please note, items returned to Amour by Fleur without consent will not be accepted/returned/refunded.
​Amour by Fleur will not issue refund(s) if you wish to reduce your order quantity after a payment has been made.

Failure to provide custom designs in a reasonable timeframe (within 24 hours) or after 2 attempts to reach out to you, will result in a order cancellation and partial refund. We will not refund Shopify/Stripe/other card transaction fees (approx. 3% of total order value). Therefore please be prompt in all communication as this impacts lead times and the ability for your order to arrive on time.

IF YOU FAIL TO ACKNOWLEDGE OUR LEAD TIMES AND GIVE US INSUFFICIENT NOTICE BY CONTINUING TO PLACE AN ORDER, YOU WILL BE ISSUED A PARTIAL REFUND (we will retain 5% to cover transaction and administration fees).
