Minimum 6-8 weeks notice is required for all orders. If we cannot meet the turnaround timeframes mentioned, we will communicate this to you. No orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Full payment required 24 hours prior to the release of any goods or services.

 If the wrong delivery address has been provided at the time of order, you will not be compensated. It is the responsibility of the buyer to follow up with the courier for locating and retrieving the order if wrong address is provided. Depending on the circumstances/courier policy, item may be returned to sender (Amour By Fleur) in which case you will be required to pay shipping fees again to have the item(s) shipped to you. Any change of address for any reason after the courier booking has been made will incur a fee of $50 AUD.

• You will be notified via email/Instagram once the order is ready to collect

• Pickup is contactless and full payment must be made 24 hours prior to pickup

• Pickups are strictly between 9:30am - 7pm Monday to Friday

• A pickup appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance to arrange a pickup time.​

Restricted Addresses: We do NOT allow delivery to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or locked bag addresses.

International Freight: We do not organize or cater for international freight at this point in time. You must check with the airline/courier they are suitable to take overseas. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure goods are packaged securely for international freight. We will not be held liable for any damages or paperwork, if goods are shipped internationally. Please ensure all necessary enquiries (including permissions, ETA & documentation) are made with airlines and/or freight companies prior to payment as the deposit is non refundable. Please pay particular attention when sending spray items overseas (see below)

Notice: Sprays items contain ethanol, therefore classed as Dangerous Goods (Flammable Liquids, Class II, UN 1170). Special arrangements are required for freight - therefore freight is more expensive for these products. Shipping these items requires a signature for delivery - please ensure you are on premises to accept the delivery.

NOTE: We are not responsible for goods that are damaged/lost in transit or not received. We encourage you to purchase insurance freight at the time of placing the order. Refund of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Amour by Fleur. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for more info. You must advise us that you wish to purchase additional freight insurance at the time of ordering.
